Will an election for the Israeli Knesset occur before August 1, 2022?

Idit Silman, the whip for the ruling coalition in the Knesset, the Israeli Parliament, resigned suddenly in April 2022, breaking the coalition's majority. This market will resolve to "Yes" if national elections for the 25th Knesset occur before July 31, 2022, 5:00:00 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of Israel (https://m.knesset.gov.il/en/mk/pages/elections.aspx), however other credible reporting may be used.
