Will Joe Biden’s disapproval rating be 48% or higher on or before September 15?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Joe Biden’s 538 disapproval rating meets or exceeds 48.0% for any day prior to and including September 15, 2021. Otherwise, this market resolves “No.” The disapproval rating for each day will be checked the following day at 12:00 PM ET. Biden’s disapproval rating for any given day can be found by hovering over the graph at 538 and moving the cursor left or right. Only the displayed disapproval rating (shown in large orange text to the right of the graph) will be considered. This number is shown to the first decimal point; more detailed measurements from other 538 data sources will not be considered. Only the final numbers checked at these times will be considered.
