Resolution Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any online sports betting provider licensed in Ohio has its license officially revoked for any period of time by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Qualifying circumstances include the Ohio Casino Control Commission revoking a Type A license and explicitly citing event-contract activity as a basis for disciplinary action under the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 3775. A revocation will not qualify if the action is clearly unrelated to event-contract issues. The primary resolution source will be official information from the Ohio State Government and the Ohio Casino Control Commission; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
