Will Richard Rapport win the 2021 Norway Chess tournament?

This market shall resolve to "Yes" if Richard Rapport places 1st place in the 2021 Norway Chess Tournament. Otherwise, the market will resolve “No.” The rules of the tournament, including tiebreaks, can be found here: https://norwaychess.no/en/regulations-2021/. If the tournament is postponed to an end date on or before October 1, 2021, the same market conditions will apply. If it is postponed to an end date after October 1, 2021, or is cancelled altogether, the market will resolve as “No.”
