Resolution Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if an official recount is initiated 2025 New York City Mayoral Election process by January 1, 2025. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". If the legal deadline to initiate a recount has passed 2025 NYC mayoral election, and there are no formal or legal processes underway to initiate a recount, this market may resolve to "No". A recount is defined as a formal re-tallying of votes that is ordered by election authorities, whether automatically triggered by law, requested by a candidate, or ordered by a court. The resolution source will be official information from the relevant election authorities.
